How to write law without a downing convention?

State to international.

Public and private.

Treaties the historic major instrument of cooperation internationally or beyond the state level due to the terms “agreement, pact, convention, understanding, protocol, charter, statute, act, covenant, declaration, engagement, arrangement, accord, regulation, and provision” synonymous with alignment of cause, thus holding the same legal weight.

The assumption of legal alignment between states due to technocratic evolutions used as a means for bridging within another sector’s judicial legislation in a form of alignment in energy agreements, has created ambiguity in maritime law both nationally and internationally within the public sector.

The private sectors overt abuse of ambiguity to maintain “convenience flags”, both bridges and divides every generation as we can only seem to ascertain time for a few healthy authentic connections within the levels of regional stresses.

That plays out both as a learning curve and a detriment.

“Extradition of criminals, safety regulations for ships and aircraft, economic aid, copyright, standardization of road signs, protection of foreign investment, environmental issues” become isolated issues.

Codification of difference without the energy pits of ambiguity.

Treaties are consented to by states and customary law is general practice agreed upon with the layers of history in ethics.

However, words such as “acceptance” and “recognition” also signify consent. Thus, incompatible metaphors have been used religiously to create a rift.

Hence the power of precedent, that has been developed in the private sector.
