The ways we are cut in life to be the being we are.
A chip on the shoulder, a load one carries until it can be faced.
Life is not fair, the circuitry created by in justices. Carrying resentment of how unfair life is, is an energy that gets stored.
Stored and held.
We make our own loops, our own thought patterns, our own energy regarding what we cannot digest regarding the events or moments that impact our being in world as a human and we carry it.
On the shoulder, it all gets shouldered.
Space to offload it piece by piece. Is in a way a luxury, but also a necessity. To throwaway the energy that does not serve the self, the cell one resides in, in the process.
Sometimes the chip is given to us by our elders, and we become a “chip off the old block”.
The blue-chip, the wiring of pain to process.
Because what our ancestors endured to maintain peace and cohesion was not fair, with no reward.
Things suffered things learned.
So carry, survive, try to thrive.
But what does it mean to thrive?
Face the negativity, because there is always negative energy there.
The blocks within, the locks, the knots
The hurt, betrayal, and pain.
Keep the lessons.
Let go of the rest.
Throw it off your shoulder and stomp it into the dirt.
Let it become dust.
Over and over again.
Chew the gum, beat the drum, do not shoot the gun.
Clapsticks.
Start, clapping the sticks.
Be the sound.
Clear and high.
